It arrived in a timely manner. Very safely packaged. It was super easy to assemble and it looks very sturdy and good quality. I've been using it for weeks now and I'm extremely happy. It is very combfortable and keeps my back in good posture. Highly recommendable!

I’ve been suffering from chronic lower back pain on the daily for YEARS ever since I got a desk job. Although they say working out is key, when you’re in such excruciating pain as if your back Is splitting, all you want to do is lay down, doing any physical activity is last on ones mind. since I’ve been using this chair I’ve been pain free for almost a week. I’m not even aware I’m correcting my posture, the chair automatically forces me to. Also as a woman we all have a habit of crossing our legs and sitting on one side more than the other, this chair eliminates that capability, and only allowing proper posture in order for the user to be comfortable in this chair. The correct posture isn’t uncomfortable nor is it hard to maintain as I expected from my prior forced attempts to sitting straight. I’m more productive at work as well. Gone are those days where I’m supporting my back with my hand every time I got up from my chair walking around like a pregnant lady. ❤️❤️

I was very undecided if this was the way to go, but after always having back pain, which has now been accentuated from WFH, I knew I needed to do something other than working from my dining room chair. I'm a sloucher and wanted something that would obligate me to have proper posture. This mostly does. I do sometimes arch my back more than I should, but I'm more aware and not slouching. It does take a lot of getting used to on the shins. I've actually added a pillow under my knees to provide additional cushioning and that seems to help. I'm hoping my shins will become less sensitive to this the longer I use it.Putting together was very easy. It says you need a screwdriver, but it actually came with allen wrenches. So no additional supplies needed. However, there is this one part where you get to decide between 3 different holes, which I assume is height based, and because of severaI factors, I couldn't figure out which made the most sense for me. Perhaps this will be obvious to you, but not to me. I emailed them and the website and paperwork that comes with it makes it sounds like they are great communicators, but I've still never received an answer to my question. The setting I selected seems fine, but I'm curious if another would be better. There is a feature to raise and lower seat. I do find this a little bit hard to turn, but you would want it to be that way, so it doesn't fall. I just use an oven mitt with rubber grip and then it doesn't hurt my hand as much. For some one with bigger and stronger hands, this wouldn't even be an issue. Which I may as well mention, I'm 5'2". And us shorties know that office seats are not kind to us, but this defn. accommodates my height extremely well and don't feel like any ergonomic sacrifices are made.It's easy to get in and out, and an unexpected benefit is, when I'm lazy or my knees get stiff, you can sit regular style on the seat actually. It puts me a little too low for my arms to be at 90 degrees without having to adjust the bar each time, but that's what pillows are for.I already notice that I'm not slouching as much, shoulder stay back. I'm really pleased with this product and glad I didn't wait much longer to get, now that WFH is neverending. Stay safe.

Once assembled a really comfortable chair. Gives you perfectly natural posture & super comfortable. Build quality for price is good. Cushion seat & rest are lightweight, so yet too see how durable they will be over time. Assembly is a bit fiddly but once assembled it looks capable enough.

As an engineer, I wasn't all that bothered that no instructions came with this (but thought important for others to know).It's very apparent that this supplier doesn't really know what they're doing when it comes to quality, and a fair inference would be that not many of these products will fit together. Thankfully my non-conformances didn't actually affect the assembly of the product.I really like the white leather and the look. I find it really comfy! I've always had great posture/core strength due to years of back problems but never a chair that complements this. This one is great!
