Draper 16498 1/2-inch vierkante aandrijving Imperial 13-delige doppenset, blauw

Having lost my faithful 1982 socket set I was emasculated and needed a replacement fast. After much research I chose the excellent Hilka socket set (separate review), but unfortunately Hilka do not have imperial sizes, so I chose this Draper imperial set of sockets to compliment the Hilka metric set. To my surprise these Draper sockets were of the same high quality as the Hilka sockets (probably the same manufacturer), complete with six point contact for more secure grip and less chance of damage to the bolt/nut. So I am once more back in action, and would you believe it, the first task was a non starter requiring the removal of a Beetle battery with the use of a double extension on an 1/2 inch AF socket.Very highly recommended, especially if you are a serious mancanic, either pro or DIYer

The socket set is exactly what I was looking for with a wide range of sizes. It arrived quickly as was as described.
