Je suis très contente au final de ma commande, quelques péripéties au début car dans la description il était noté 2 caméras et j’en avais reçu qu’une du à une erreur de leurs part. Mais dr.care m’a fait un remboursement de 20€ de plus ils m’ont envoyer une caméra supplémentaire pour arranger le problème. Entreprise sérieux je suis contente car tout est de très bonne qualité. The camera’s tilt and rotation are perfect for keeping an eye on the whole room.Wi-Fi & AppThe Wi-Fi connectivity and app are seamless, though the app setup took a little time. Once it was running, we loved being able to check in on our baby remotely, and sharing videos with family is a nice touch.Minor DrawbacksThe only downside is that the camera can’t be turned off remotely – it has to be unplugged. Also, the SD card for recording is sold separately, which feels like an unnecessary extra cost.Overall, we’re very happy with this monitor and would highly recommend it to any new parents!

Regalamos el Dr.Care VistaView Monitor de Bebé WiFi 5" a unos amigos y la verdad es que están encantados. Nos han contado que es una pasada poder ver a su hijo en cualquier momento y desde cualquier sitio con una calidad de imagen impresionante. Nos decían que, gracias a la resolución 2K, pueden ver hasta los pequeños detalles, como si estuvieran en la misma habitación, lo que les da mucha tranquilidad.Una de las cosas que más les ha gustado es recibir alertas en tiempo real cuando el bebé se mueve o llora. Además, poder hablarle al bebé a través del monitor o ponerle nanas para calmarlo es algo que han usado mucho. Nos dijeron que les resultó súper útil en una ocasión en la que estaban en otra habitación y pudieron calmar al bebé sin tener que ir corriendo.Otra función que les parece genial es la duración de la batería. Nos comentaron que no tienen que estar cargando el monitor constantemente, ya que les dura fácilmente todo el día, incluso con la transmisión continua. Esto les da mucha libertad para moverse por la casa sin preocuparse por perder la conexión.En definitiva, nos han agradecido mucho el regalo y aseguran que es un dispositivo súper práctico que les ha facilitado mucho el día a día. Si estás buscando un regalo útil y original para unos padres recientes, este monitor es una opción perfecta.

Excellente caméra, moniteur de haute résolution, nous avons hésitez car le monde achète souvant V-Tech mais je n'ai rien à dire, je ne regrette pas d'avoir achété Dr. Care, l'application mobile nous permet de partager l'accès aux images via wi-fi, la caméra est simplement merveilleuse. Je recommande fortement !

Edit- After being contacted by the company to remedy the inconveniences I've experienced, I have to amend my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. My oh my, talk about customer service!!! The Dr. Care Customer Support team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that we were not left with a sour taste in our mouths, so much so that they'll leave you wondering if you've been scammed (sorry about that by the way). I can assure, you're not. Although we still have a new monitor to test out, their customer service is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced. Their company policies on the subject matter alone make the product worth while. After testing out the new monitor, I will update my review once more, however I am sure I will be more than satisfied.Let's start with the cons. The monitor does not hold a charge for anything. It can be plugged in all night, but if it's on it doesn't fully charge. The signal does not have the range it claims to have. The monitor takes forever to turn off and on. You have to go in through the menu to adjust the volume, even though the cues on the arrow buttons indicate that volume and screen brightness can be adjusted without having to go through the menu.Despite the cons, the monitor does have a nice large screen and a super clear image. I love all of the options it has, such as temperature alarms and motion detection, just to name a few. I really like the paning ability of the camera. You can really get a full view with it. The sound quality is rather nice too, it does a great job of blocking out background noise.Overall, it's not bad. The cons are mostly annoyances, aside from the weak signal and limited range ability, but we make it work.
