I recently bought a used Conn-Selmer alto sax with a somewhat battered and neglected mouthpiece, having blown most of the budget I'd set myself on the sax I didn't want to spend too much on one just yet so this seemed like a decent option as a replacement for the time being.It's a perfectly serviceable mouthpiece, nothing fancy but it does it's job and will no doubt be kept as a spare set up with a reed when going to gigs.It came supplied with a pretty light reed, a 1.5 or possibly a 2 which would be ideal for a raw beginner.All in all a good little buy for the price.
