Good quality pins great for holding materials together for quilting. More than enough quantity for all projects. Pins slide through materials easily fasten and unfasten easily too.

These are really good quality - really sharp and heads close easily. They go through the fabric easily and every one I’ve used had a really shaped point. I like the size too, not to small which can be fiddle and not too big to be bulky and damage the fabric.I mention these things as I bought another brand on amazon and half the box I had to throw away as they were blunt and the heads were tight so difficult to close.Not with these though they are excellent quality and well worth the money.

Das ist jetzt schon meine zweite Packung der Quilt-Sicherheitsnadeln, weil ich nun ein sehr großes Top damit geheftet habe. Dadurch, dass sie gebogen sind, lassen sie sich einfacher verwenden und es entsteht auch kein "Stofffrass" an der Wendel. Im letzten Paket hatte ich nur eine einzige Nadel, bei der die Spitze nicht ganz in Ordnung war. Das ist rekordverdächtig wenig, wenn man bedenkt, dass 300 (!) Stück in einer Packung sind.Ich mag diese Sicherheitsnadeln wirklich sehr gern und finde sie unverzichtbar zum Heften.

This wood-based, flat-bottomed pincushion is exactly what I have been looking for. I am a hand quilter and I always like to have some hand piecing with me wherever I go. I was searching for a small, weighted pin cushion that would fit in a small plastic storage container I carry my current project in. I like this one because: 1) the tattoo patterned fabric is colorful and interesting, 2) the material inside feels as if it may be solid foam rubber, as opposed to Styrofoam which sucks in a pincushion and 3) it doesn't roll off the table as rounded pincushions do. Why be so persnickety about a mere pincushion, you may ask. Well, I am an expert quilter and prefer to have quality tools from fabric to thread to batting to scissors and pincushions. Good tools rarely need replacing and turn out a better product. Additionally, the esthetic is important while enjoying my meditative yet functional hobby of quilting. Ok, I'm a little OCD, too, I concede. But, most importantly, I'm retired and get to do and have what I want finally instead of having to circle back to touch base with all concerned to achieve consensus on how we wish to move forward with our team initiative to meet our deadlines for deliverables. Ergo, this is exactly what I have been looking for and is perfect for my needs, and that, my friend, is what's known as a call back. I'll be here all week; don't forget to tip your server.
