Aussitôt reçu,j'ai fait des tagliatelles et mises à sécher en petits nids et tout a bien séché uniformément.Ca prend un peu de place ,certes,mais avant j'avais un séchoir "kitchen aid",très bien ,mais les pâtes finissaient par terre ,alors que là ,pas de problèmes...Je sens que je vais en faire à foison maintenant!Pour les amateurs de pâtes fraiches,à acheter les yeux fermés!

Absolutely love these racks! I bought 2 and use them for drying homemade cavatelli and ravioli. They work like a charm! Easy to clean, lightweight, they store easily, and the peg legs insert easily.(a little tricky to pull them out, but they do come out for storage.) Easily drys a batch of pasta on each rack. I saw a post which suggested buying a large, inexpensive zippered portfolio case to store my pastry board in. These racks slip right into the case next to my dough board. The price of these racks is excellent, too! I intend to buy another. I recommend them to anyone who makes their own pasta.

Item came well packaged and in good condition. It is a good size for drying both long and short pasta. Sturdy and well made. Product is made in Italy and is good quality. Will definitely purchase a second one as they are made to be stackable. Highly recommend.
