Just finished running a wicked torture test with my pv-2000 hooked to it had to be pushing 300 RMS of clean sound mind you wasn't trying to make the speaker do anything it didn't like if I did obviously at that kind of power would just grenade the speaker but I was pleasantly impressed. Check the speaker picture my paradigm speaker cut out 5.4 inches. Speaker didn't quite fit the way I hoped quarter inch Gap all the way around was hoping for like an eighth inch Gap

Why do you say 8ohms when clearly the data sheet and the speaker say 4 ohms! I am livid. Waste of my time and effort! If you can get you information right then don’t sell. Deceptive.

I replaced a 5.25" speaker in a vintage cabinet with 12", 5.25", and 3" speakers. Although advertised as 5.25", the spec sheet and tape measure show it to be 4.72". I had to make a wood bracket, screw the speaker to that, and screw it all into the hole for the speaker in the cabinet. So beware of the size of the hole in your cabinet.With that, it is installed and crisp and clear. Happy to get rid of my crackling 50 year old speaker.
