Tiene aspecto robusto y, hasta el momento, parece bastante exacto. El único inconveniente es que se empaña el cristal y no se ven bien las mediciones si no se limpia antes.

This is a nice, easy to read old-fashioned-style liquid thermometer. You have to look at it at the right angle, otherwise the red liquid is too thin to see, but at the right angle it's really easy to read (see photos).I bought quite a few thermometers, and compared them at room temperature, in a fridge, and in a freezer. This one was accurate at all temperatures: at room temperature (22 degrees C), in a fridge (3 and 4 degrees C) and in a freezer (at -23 and -20 degrees C). No other thermometer got all these three correct.If you're looking for something even easier to read, the Taylor thermometer was the most accurate dial-thermometer for me ( But this one was the best of them all.

I bought this to replace a cheaper mechanical thermometer (I knocked it down by mistake and the indicator needle fell off).It’s made of ABS plastic but it’s surprisingly thick and sturdy plastic. Doesn’t feel flimsy at all. There are metal hooks with screw holes, so it can be mounted to a freezer/fridge wall or shelf. This is a spirit-based thermometer, which I personally prefer to mercury-based due to ease-of-use.I’ve only used it for a week now, but so far temperatures look accurate.
