I don't play squash, I play badminton and bought this to increase my finger powerThis is a really tough nut to squeeze, I'm pretty certain it would be good for squash tooFrom what I read online, though this is the most widely available and cheapest ball out there, it is not recommended for beginners to squash as it is really difficult to warm up n takes a lot of technique to get any power out of thisI would definitely recommend this for finger exercises though :)
