I wear these shirts all winter as a regular top. Nice enough to not look like a thermal underwear item. Comfy and cozy.

I work outdoors and I work graveyard shift. Even here in Southern California during the winter it gets cold at night, these thermals fit well and feel great and go a long way keeping you warm and comfortable. They tend to run a little large, so if you wear large go medium, then they should fit nice and snug.
