Le produit et très bien pour deux raisons :La première et que son alliage en métal lui permet d'être plus résistant a l'aspiration de métaux ou autre matériau aussi dure .La deuxième chose c'est que sont prix et justifié car il es très vite rentabiliser parce que vous ferez des économies sur vos sacs ou vos filtres d'aspirateur qui sont assez coûteux pour certain .

This was bought as a more durable alternative to the plastic cyclones that tend to crack over time with heavy use. Time will tell if that is the case. This cyclone works well. The cyclone removes heavy materials entirely and fine dust is well controlled - little reaches the extractor filters. It is noisier separating building materials than a plastic cyclones but it should be less subject to wear from abrasion. The metal cyclone has the advantage that you can earth the system to prevent static build-up during prolonged use. Construction is mostly OK. The steel is pretty thin. I had to tidy up rough mitered edges with a file on the intake welds where vacuumed materials were catching and clogging the cyclone intake; hence the four stars. Since then, it has worked well. It has strong wide base and seals very well on my steel collection drum. I found that the plastic cyclone would eventually warp or crack at the base causing leaks under high suction - this steel cyclone does not do that, so no suction is lost. Both the inlet and outlet use the same 2" size which make it easy to attach hoses. Air flow is particularly good.All in all, it's a good idea to have this steel cyclone if you have a very powerful extractor or use it for heavy materials like building rubble. It comes at a good price from Amazon.Update: I have just used my steel cyclone and BVC extractor to vacuum out about 50kg of wet silt from narrow storm drains and a very deep and narrow stopcock pit. To my amazement it worked great! The silt was rolled into balls all of which were sitting in my steel interceptor drum. It would have been an horrific job otherwise. Honestly, I don't think my plastic cyclones would have survived this job. They would have started to warp and leak. Wow, this is versatile! Last week this cyclone was separating oak sanding dust. Now I'm giving it five stars.

Ottimo prodotto di buona fattura e resistenza . Direi indistruttibile .. non idoneo all aspirazione delle polveri sottili ( tipo cenere) in quanto passano un po’ nell aspirapolvere dove ci vorrebbe un filtro sottile ..

Ich hatte zu Beginn der Bauphase einen kleinen CTL SYS von Festool gekauft, der klasse saugt, dessen winziger Longlife-Beutel aber quasi dauervoll war. Nervig, wenn man alle 15 Minuten zum Mülleimer runtermuss, um ihn zu entleeren.Nachdem ich bereits über einen großen Festool Sauger nachgedacht hatte, brachte mich ein Freund auf die Idee mit dem Vorabscheider und ich habe nach kurzer Recherche zur Metallausführung des Dust-Commander gegriffen.Montiert habe ich das Ding auf ein 60 Liter Fass von Maier, das man ebenfalls hier bei Amazon findet und das luftdicht abschließt. Als Saugschlauch habe ich bei Amazon einen 6 Meter-Schlauch von Cen-Tec drangehängt, der mir auch in großen Räumen ausreichend Flexibilität beim Saugen gibt.Und klappts? Ich war wirklich skeptisch und hätte fast drauf wetten mögen, dass der relativ kleine CTL SYS nicht genügend Power hat, der Schlauch zu lang ist oder die ganze Mimik grundsätzlich nicht funktioniert. Doch dem war nicht so. Im Gegenteil: Ich bin ehrlich hin und weg von dem Ding und ärgere mich zu Tode, dass ich nicht schon von Anfang an sowas hatte. Ich würde sagen, dass etwa 99% des Drecks im Fass landen. Wenn das 60 Liter Fass zur Hälfte voll ist, finde ich im Staubbeutel des Festool gerade mal eine Handvoll Feinstaub. Genial. Ansaugen kann ich problemlos auch größere Stücke Mörtel oder ähnliches bis etwas zur Größe einer großen Weintraube. Einen Saugkraftverlust spüre ich trotz Dust-Commander, Riesenfass und 6 Meter Schlauch eigentlich nicht. Klar verhakt sich ab und zu ein Stück Holz oder Mörtel im Schlauch. Aber das hält sich in Grenzen. Voraussetzung für die Top-Saugleistung dürfte aber ein absolut dichtes Gesamtsystem sein - das Metallfass mit Gummidichtung ist da sicherlich kein Fehler.Material und Verarbeitung des Dust Commander (Metallversion) sind aus meiner Sicht völlig ok und sollten jahrelang ohne Probleme halten. Die Materialstärke empfinde ich sogar als leicht überdimensioniert. Besser so als anders.Nachteile hat so ein System natürlich auch, gerade wenn man es wie ich "mobil" auf der Hausbaustelle einsetzt. Fass, Schläuche und Sauger müssen erstmal an den Arbeitsplatz geschleppt werden und alles muss miteinander verbunden werden. Das ist schon ein wenig mühsam, relativiert sich aber, wenn man bedenkt, dass man sich quasi keine Gedanken mehr um volle Staubsaugerbeutel machen muss.Klare Kaufempfehlung also - und ich füge hinzu, dass das hier seit Langem die erste Rezension ist, zu der ich mich bei Amazon hinreißen lasse!
