Just put this up and am generally pretty happy with it. It's a great size, and the zip section makes getting bags of plaster and tools in and out a breeze. The workmen are actually using it!I do find it a bit odd that they've provided this with duct tape, as that's a really destructive tape to use on any painted surface, especially if it's been left on a few days for the glue to really settle in and take hold. I wouldn't recomment using it. Instead get some standard 2" masking tape and use that, with a few strategically added drawing pins or panel tack in the corners and every 50cm or so, to help take the strain (you need something to hold against the tug of opening and closing the zip door).Both sides of the door uprights are zipped, and there's a line of hook and loop along the bottom of the door gap. I would have preferred a single or double zip that went all the way around as the hook and loop is a bit of a faff, being down at ground level, but once the opening is unzipped you can roll it up and it has two little ties at the top in case you need to keep it open, though it's easy enough to get in and out with it hanging loose.I do like that it's also washable, as it means that I can use it again. As a whole it does feel like it will withstand several uses, as the fabric is reasonably thick and as a whole it's pretty sturdy. Obviously you'd have to replace the tape around the edges every time, no matter what type of tape you used.To me, this is a great alternative to a plastic hanging wall that workmen never bother with, and that drifts in and out with the movement of air around it. It's expensive by comparison, but you may as well pay for something that does its job effectively and can be re-used, and as a serial house renovator, I can tell you that you *really* want to keep that dust as contained as you possibly can!A good solution then, that aside from the duct tape (only use it if you're intending to replace the door frame or to remove all existing paint from it!), is a great idea.
