I weigh nutritional powders with these like chlorella and spirlina. These work well and the different sizes makes it easier to pour. The thumb hold is just big enough to grab.The main downside of these, that I dont know if one can get away from, is that they develop static cling rather quickly. So I have to do my initial powder, then zero the scale to accound for the powder left in the dish, on the dish, and around the dish. Wiping with a dry cloth doesn't work as it just scoots it around. A finger will do it well, but when doing multiple weighs of the same powder, its easier to just keep going and clean between powders.It may be the powder, but every powder I use - nicotinic acid, collagen, beta glucan, mushroom powders, malic acid, etc etc all do the same thing.They still work and I think the static issue is common on all these dishes, plus they're cheap enough where static issues aren't a big deal.
