This (55L version) is the biggest bag I've found with exactly the right dimensions to fit in the carry-on overhead lockers of a plane. 10 flights later and I haven't had a problem with size.I find the straps and back padding make carrying very comfortable even with a weight of 30kg, and I'm only 5ft6.It's easy to pack with the help of packing sacks etc for organisation, and the fact it's waterproof and wipe proof is a big bonus.The rolltop means you can easily reduce the capacity when needed, e.g. I used it for a 2-day trek at it's most compact, and it still worked well.I also like that there are no zips to worry about straining and breaking, when you're squeezing the contents in.I switched from my 45L Patagonia Black Hole bag to this bag for the extra capacity and haven't looked back.Awesome product design :)

I have been looking for a roll top bag for ages. After trying many different types, I stumbled across a review of this company. Duly curious, I went to their website and read the reviews. I can’t add anything that hasn’t been already said but here I go. Excellent construction, well placed and comfortable shoulder straps, solidly waterproof even in torrential rain and lightweight means that this is the ideal protective backpack, especially when riding a motorbike or pedal cycle. I liked it so much I now have two, in different sizes!
