I got this bat for my son to use while playing varsity baseball in high school. It worked well for the money. Other kids’ bats that cost more worked better, but a lot of the boys liked the fell of my son’s bat so it got a lot of use.

Not light, actually quite heavy, meaning it's not well balanced. Don't know why it's called the SPEED. Went with the Marruci F5 for a balanced light weight bat.

This bat is the same length and weight as my wood bat but is much better at surviving batting cages. I've taken it to the cages about 50 times, and it's holding up well. I will have to regrip it, but not a big deal. It's a good value; I'll buy another when this one finally kicks the bucket. Luckily that doesn't appear to be happening any time soon.

My son is on jr. Varsity baseball and the cost of the bats were outrageous. Found this bat and he likes it and it was a fraction of the price
