I haven't used rice paper very much in the past but wanted to try and make some fairy wings after watching a few videos on YouTube. I was very pleased with the end result and found it was easy to use dusting powders and edible pens without damaging the rice paper. My finished Terrys Chocolate Orange Lockdown Fairy came out much better than expected.The paper also works extremely well with with my little die cutting machine and goes through easily. It was tough enough to withstand both simple and intricate shapes and also worked with embossing. If you want to make edible wafer flowers then they would work well with this paper.

Good selection of spring colours. Good thickness, not thin & flimsy. Sticks to itself well with Karo syrup. Perfect for my mini cakes.
