Okay, I gave this product a real chance and dosed it in two different tanks as recommended on the bottle. Results: plant growth: no / several plants dying: yes / hair and thread algae dying: no / beard algae dying: yes / black algae (on leaf margins) dying: partlyFirst off: the active component in this product, just like in comparable products of competing companies, is Glutaraldehyde in a concentration of around 5%. "What's that? I thought it's liquid CO2!", you may say. Well, you're wrong, it's not possible to put liquid CO2 in an aquarium fertilizer.That's why it was decided to bring in a chemical that's partly metabolized by plants into CO2, but here's the thing: emphasis is on the word partly. The amount of CO2 you bring into your aquarium with this product is around 10% of what you would optimally bring in with pressured CO2 from a bottle. "Well, I'll just overdose then.", you may say. Bad idea, this will bring barely any more CO2 in your tank but the negative effects of Glutaraldehyde will kick in even more than they already do when dosing as recommended. This includes but is not limited to plants 'melting' because ironically it happens that a great amount of freshwater tropical plants can not metabolize Glutaraldehyde properly and their cells die off as a result, causing leaves and in more extreme cases even stems to dissolve."Now, what is this product even good for then?", you may ask. Well, certainly not for bringing in the highly desired CO2 in amounts that play an actual role for most plants. Glutaraldehyde's biocidal effects can be utilized for killing off some forms of algae, who can not metabolize it and as a result die off, in aquariums though and it is most effective when spraying it directly with a spray bottle on them, maybe when you do a water change.My final opinion: certainly not recommended as a source of 'liquid CO2' but can be utilized for targeted algae killing.

I purchased Easy Life Easy Carbo to tackle black beard algae (BBA) in my aquarium, and the results have been fantastic. I put it in most days and my plants look great - growing properly and not leggy. The carpet plants are spreading well. It seems to do the trick with minimum fuss and expense.

Ich verwende EasyCarbo seit 2 Wochen in einem 35L Becken mit CO2 Anlage und NPK, Eisen Dünger.Da ich seit ein paar Wochen Probleme mit Rotalgen habe, habe ich mal EasyCarbo ausprobiert.Nach 1 Woche konnte man schon sehen das sich die Algen rot färben und dann langsam verschwinden es funktioniert also tatsächlich gut gegen Rotalgen.Was mich aber viel mehr überrascht hat war wie schnell und kräftig die Pflanzen innerhalb von einer Woche gewachsen sind.Bei beschriebener Dosierung kann ich nichts negatives erkennen, es wirkt sich nicht auf die Wasserwerte aus und die Fische verhalten sich alle normal.Alle die hier schreiben das EasyCarbo die Fische töten würde ist meiner Meinung nach totaler quatsch und hängt dann eher mit einer zu hohen Dosierung oder von anderen Faktoren ab.Solange man also nicht mit der Dosierung übertreibt hilft EasyCarbo echt enorm beim Pflanzenwachstum und gegen Algen.

Très bonrapport qualité prix pour cet engrais. Par contre ne pas hésiter à diviser les doses par 4 car sinon développement des algues pinceaux.A associer a ferrato.
