Well engineered and constructed. Fits perfectly with no issues. Came complete with easy instructions and a complete new set of washers plus a sachet of descaler. Does exactly what it is designed to do with little to no fuss. Can not fault Karl for his excellent customer service after a courier issue. Great product, great service. 👍

Alles gut

I was sceptical about buying something for my 3 year old Lay-Z-Spa and me end up making the recent E02 error message worse somehow. However, after some recent online research, and perusing Fb groups and watching several different YouTube videos on what the E02 error message actually meant and that my egg/pump cam be saved!!! I stumbled across this EASY-SCALE Descaler Kit via one of the Lay-Z-Spa Facebook Groups and thought that that actually "may" help with my spa! So I ordered it yesterday and received it today, whilst keeping my fingers crossed and I have just finished descaling my Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii Airjet with this EASY-SCALE descaler kit and wow I was impressed!!!!Not only do you receive the EASY-SCALE descaler piece of kit but I also received a few extra bits, like washers and a sachet of OUST descaling solution, I do love a freebie! I watched the seller's YouTube videos to try to understand fully and referred to the VERY DETAILED instructions sheet in the kit which I managed to follow with ease and get the EASY-SCALE descaler attached to my pump and let it do its job as directed in the instructions for around 30 minutes and then I turned the egg/pump off, emptied the then milky OUST solution away (milky = good descaling results!) and rinsed the EASY-SCALE out. Then I blasted the hosepipe into the inlet/outlets of my egg/pump to wash out/rinse any debris left over inside the pipes. I then secured the filter housing back on the inside of my spa, reconnected the egg/pump to the outside spa pipes and turned it all back on again, keeping my fingers crossed again!I left the egg/pump running for a couple of minutes first, then switched on the filter button next, then finally, pressed the heating button on my pump panel. I sat outside for another 30 minutes (waiting) and have had no E02 error messages, which used to appear literally around 2 minutes after first turning my egg/pump on!!!So far the pump has been switched on and running for around 4 hours now and no annoying E02 error message or that reoccurring beeping when the error message appears!Woo hoo! My spa pump has been saved, I just needed this EASY-SCALE kit and the fab instructions inside it from the seller! Highly recommend if you are receiving the E02 error message on your egg/pump, or you just want to maintain your spa pipes and clear out any potential limescale or cr@p which may have built running inside your pump pipes! Highly worth buying this descaler kit and giving your own spa the once-over! If you need to check this descaler fits your spa, then ask the Seller as I know from his info and videos, he deals with alot of different spa pumps too ;) The EASY-SCALE Descaler Kit came perfectly packaged, and as I said very grateful for the extra washers and the sachet of solution, but mostly the time taken with the very helpful instructions provided in this kit. Product as described and easy to use. Annoyed that delivery driver left behind bins rather than ring door bell especially as I was in front room when email delivery notification came through. Obviously easier to climb over trailer to reach bins than to simply press the door bell?!?!?
