Gekocht als black friday deal en nu 1 dag gebruikt.Nog geen negatieve punten ervaren maar wel reeds enkele positieve.Maakt zeer snel en efficiënt een kaart van de woning.Door het station dat zowel over een stofzak als waterreservoir beschikt is er een minimum aan menselijke interventie nodig.Dweilkwaliteit is veel beter dan robots die geen roterende dweil hebben.Design van robot en station is eenvoudig, modern en strak. Indeling van station is duidelijk over nagedacht.Over het algemeen zeer tevreden met deze robot, indien mijn ervaring nog veranderd pas ik deze review aan.

Vacuuming and mopping is awesome. When it works.- Notifications that sink is full. Need to run a cloth through it; do not know why this happens so many times. Requires a pause, after which it often starts all over again- when something interrupts the task, you might fix that, but starts all over again. Again.- Goes into pause mode while being cleaned.- My ground floor seems just too big; when mopping it reaches 80% of the floor and goes into recharge mode. Understandable. But it will wait to be recharged a 100% for the last few square meters. So when it started at 3 pm, you might wake up at midnight from the noise.This means that my family is not comfortable using it, and that I have to keep an eye on it all the time.So very good in cleaning, but not reliable enough.

ineens veel tijd over in huis. geweldig apparaat, alleen jammer dat dit top product verstrikt raakt in kabels omdat deze niet gezien worden. een stofzuiger van € 100 gaat er wel gewoon omheen

I ordered it a few months ago with the prime day discount. On paper the suction is great (more than double of my old Neato D7) but even in the highest vacuum power, not much air is coming out and the bag in the station is not really filling up (so I guess less suction, less dust collection)

4 vacuum powers: Quiet, Standard, Max and Max+3 water flow level for the mopping: Low, Medium and HighI have a Labrador Retriever dog that sheds a lot. I set X1 Omni to clean the whole house twice a day with the standard vacuum and medium mop and it cleans the whole house and removes all my dog's hair. It will empty itself and washes the mop several times during the cleaning. And it will dry the mop when it's done with hot air.The only small con I noticed is, when it scans the house for the first time, later on it will clean based on that scan and it won't update the mapping live. So If I have my chair behind my desk after the first scan, if I move the chair later on so it will clean underneath the desk. It will not. and still doesn't go under the desk. So It's best to remove any obstacle for the first scan. and then place them.There are also some other small AI issues (e.g. I have long windows and it detects the terrace from the window and always tries so hard to get in the terrace 😆 ). But I think they will be fixed via firmware updates. and also the app can get better user experience wise.

Like it a lot, after being exchanged as received one was not new, 2nd one received was clean and new, easy to install, to setup for mapping, result is very good (vacuum and clean) after being used to and adjust setup with the following commentsdoesn't come close to glass door (5 cm) , corners (due to round shape) few snags with dirty water container, long hairs taken at 70 %recommended

This is a great unit and was very easy to setup and use. we were up and running in under 5 minutesPros:Easy to setup and get going in under 5 minutes.Works very well and the mopping feature is great. My wife loves the auto mop cleaning capability.I use the home patrol feature when I am at work. Cleans very well and avoids any hazards like furniture and the odd shoe lying around.The app is very good and easy to use and spend time allowing the complete mapping to complete for the best results.The actual cleaning is better than we can do with a handheld mop - we have hybrid floor boards and it cleans them without any streaking or residue.Also the cleaning and mopping is very fast and the vacuum gets to work very quickly.I would highly recommend this unit.Cons:The voice commands don't always work as expected and you have to speak clearly to it so it can understand you. not a deal breaker as the mobile app fills the gap. Maybe a future software update will fix thisCan be noisy when emptying the dust container and washing the mops.

Producto para limpiar de altísima calidad, limpia y lava el suelo a la mejor manera. Después de usarlo un mes tengo el suelo súper brillante. Su app es muy intuitiva y simple en utilizarla. Necesita poca manutenciones, si lo utilizas a diario tendrás que llenarle l’agua una vez cada 3dias y una vez cada semana hay que desmontar la máquina y limpiarla para tener el máximo resultado. Yo tengo un perro y un gato y el robot se porta muy bien con los pelitos de los animales. Aconsejado
