1st review: Works fine with my Gaggia classic. Porta filter itself is a bit big as I use 16g. A lot of water remains after use but not a big issue. The filter itself seems to be ok. I ordered several other filters to try in the standard Gaggia, filter holder but they can return because this one works OK with good results.2nd review - few days later: I noticed some metal chips (chrome) coming off the portafilter. It is coverd all over the kitchen. So I checked comments and read people find the same and also found the issue of the coffee spraying - that I also have.2.1:The metal chips I removed by using steelwool cleaning which did the trick but after that used the dremel steelbrush. I read someone used the dremel grinding and the brass was uncovered. So I just used the the dremel brush for short time and softly. Some yellowish color is slightly visible but only on the internal and coverd parts but further this worked fine and the loose chips are gone now. Almost none to none at all metal chips any more.2.2: the spraying of coffee I also noticed. So I exchanged the protafilter cup with the IMS nanotech 18 grams. Same spraying. Then I exchanged with IMS competition 28.5, same spraying. So the spraying has nothing to do with the cup.Guess the quality match the price of the protafilter and it includes the filter cup for ~35 euro is very nice and good value for money. The IMS nanotech is just as expensive as the whole portafilter including the cup. If you want the perfect product without any issues, buy the 80-100 euro stuff. In the end, it's just a metal ring that fits in the Gaggia espresso machine.

J'ai commandé ce porte-filtre pour ma Gaggia Classic. Je l'ai reçu quelques jours après.Il est tout à fait superbe, lourd et inspire la qualité.Malheureusement, il semble un peu trop haut, et il s'avère impossible de serrer, verrouiller le porte filtre sur le groupe. Du coup, pendant l'extraction l'eau coule sur le côté et non dans le filtre... grande déception.J'ai contacté le vendeur et j'attends sous retour.

Bought to use with my (modified) Gaggia Classic.Feels satisfyingly robust, looks great and is comfortable to work with.My preferred basket (E&B 18g) fits well.In conjunction with a low profile drip tray there is plenty of room to extract straight into a cup.The instructions do highlight the benefits of an appropriate (espresso capable) grinder and 9 bar pressure and I imagine that without my Niche Zero grinder and flow control modification the kitchen would be messier.Personally, I'm happy with my purchase.A fair price for what I wanted so I would definitely recommend.

Passt super für meine Gaggia new Classic. Perfekt zum üben um den perfekten Espresso zu kreieren. Das mitgelieferte 21g Sieb ist für mich etwas zu groß, aber man kann ja ohne Probleme auch das Original Sieb der Maschine in den Siebträger einsetzen.

Tengo una Gaggia Classic Pro (como fue apodada la 886948011010) de 2019 y vale perfectamente. Se ve de muy buena calidad y es robusto, mucho más que el portafiltos que te viene de serie.
