Switch is NO (Normally Open) as advertised. This means pushing the green ON button will close the contacts momentarily and only switch on as long as the button is pushed. Pushing the red OFF button doesn't do anything. The contact block used is only activated by the green button, there are no contacts under the red button.Therefore the large flap (with the OFF sign on it) which activates the red button doesn't work.Worst buy ever.

Funktioniert nicht wie beworben, wieder einschalten mit den grünen Knopf funktioniert nicht. Finger weg!

My particular version works as expected.It keeps the last pressed status. It is essentially a fancy on/off button.

The build is solid and shows to be of very good quality.I use it for μυ desktop routers makita and bosch.
