This stuff sais good for a year I think. Well I had it is a tire for over 3 years. Thing is that it seals the pores so that they don't lose air pressure over time. So nice. Then too, get a puncture and make it home just fine. These are 700c x 50c and I put 150ml in each one. Like set it and forget it. Just don't think you can air the tires down because you can't without alsao waisting the sealant and having to replace the valve stem core. And then if you do spray some sealant out for a few minutes it's no fun getting it off of the bike. I have some on my frame to this day. I believe that you sould'nt even put air in the tires without sealant. OOPS, pinch flat - NOT. If they ever get low it took over 7 months - crazy good - that sealed pores thing.
