This is probably the best auto fish feeder I have used and works really well as long as a few precautions are taken. Included is the feeder, manual, sticky velcro pads, small clamp, 2 x AA batteries and a warranty card.The fish feeder it is quite well designed. It's small and compact and pretty easy to set up. You put the batteries in, put food into the container and set the time. The time settings on the digital display are easy to program and allows you to feed up to two times in any feeding period. The variable opening can be adjusted to allow the exact amount of food to be dispensed. It's a good idea to do a quick test to make sure you are not giving too much or too little food.The food container can hold more than enough food for a typical small to medium size aquarium. There are some precautions though when using this feeder that I have discovered.First we only use small fish pellet food with this. Fish flakes do not work as well and tends to clog up. Secondly we do not cover the fish feeder for example do not put the feeder between the aquarium lid and glass cover. If you do then the condensation will make the food soggy and will clog up the opening. We found it works best if the feeder is placed above the aquarium on a flat surface with the opening above the water. This lets the feeder "breath" and the food will not get soggy. Recommended.

Ich nutze den Futter Automaten ausschließlich wenn ich länger nicht daheim bin und die Versorgung meiner Aquariumbewohner sicherstellen muss. Ansonsten bin ich großer Fan von Lebendfutter, was aus meiner Sicht die Wasserqualität stark verbessert bzw. sollen die Tiere sich von Algen und Aufwuchs ernähren und davon sollte immer ausreichend vorhanden sein.Der Futterautomat funktioniert ohne Probleme sehr zuverlässig. Es lassen sich pro Tag mehrere Intervalle zur Fütterung anlegen. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und funktioniert über ein paar Knöpfe und eine digitale Anzeige. Es eigenen sich die meisten Granulate. Das Futtergranulat sollte nicht zu fein sein, damit nicht zuviel Futter raus kommt. Es sollte aber auch nicht zu grob sein, um zu vermeiden das zu wenig oder gar kein Futter raus kommt. Mann kann auch unterschiedliche Granulate vermischen um für mehr Vielfalt zu sorgen.Es liegt eine Halterung für die Scheibe bei, womit sich das Gerät gut am Becken befestigten lässt. Man kann es aber auch auf eine Abdeckung stellen, solange die Öffnung frei übers Becken hängt.Ich bin zufrieden und empfehle das Gerät daher gerne weiter.
