We live on a farm and have chickens, so there are plenty of eggs to clean often. My mother is the one who does most of the egg washing, and I ordered this thinking that it might make cleaning the eggs more efficient.She used it a few times, but eventually stopped. The way this scrubber is constructed makes it hard to maintain a comfortable grip while cleaning the eggs. So, it's awkward to handle. She has arthritis in her hands, and this scrubber actually seems to make that worse because she's straining to maintain a firm grip on the overly flexible scrubber.The other very important issue is that it simply doesn't clean eggs well, especially if you are cleaning farm eggs. Eggs that come straight from the henhouse have all kinds of dusty bits attached that need gentle scrubbing to remove. This scrubber just can't do the job of gently removing all dust and dirt.In my opinion, this is just a novelty item. It's not ideal, efficient, or practical.It only gets a 1 star review from me.

Not sure why I thought this would ever work. It does nothing to clean an egg, obviously… Guess I’ll stick to my little brush that works perfectly 😅🙈
