Bra men saknar ett finare filter som stoppar dammet från att gå in i dammsugaren. Jag kommer modifiera denna med ett finare filter.

I would say an essential item for anyone with a coal of wood fire and definitely saves an awful lot of time and mess cleaning out our wood burner.It's simple to use, just plug the vacuum hose into the opening at the top that has a large rubber washer that stretches around the hose end forming a seal, so should work with almost any domestic vacuum cleaner. It's not precision engineered so air does appear to leak in though joints because the suction at the end of the attachment hose is less then at the end of the vacuum itself but it doesn't stop it working well and has never leaked ash.I would agree with another reviewer that the hose could do with being narrow at the end, not just to get into tight places but to stop the larger lumps of charcoal from being sucked up and blocking the pipe in the middle. I found myself unblocking the pipe quite a lot at first so now shovel out the larger pieces first and vacuum the rest and that's a lot easier.It's worth pointing out that fine ash will float around, get through the filters and get sucked up by the vacuum cleaner itself so make sure your cleaner has a good filter otherwise that ash could get pushed through into the room. That's not really a fault of this attachment just what I would expect to happen with any of these types of device and fine dust.
