Not exactly suitable for electric guitar as is because this cable device apparently has low input impedance, the tone is very dull. But with any buffered bypass pedal it works well. Windows 10, Asio4all, shows as C-MEDIA USB Audio Device (see attached screenshot). 48kHz/16bit. Was able to set 64 samples for input and output, so very small latency. No extra noises, not noisier than Focusrite Scarlett. So if you have a laptop and a buffered bypass pedal (or a buffer pedal), this would be an acceptable and cheap way to use your guitar without actual audio-interface.
