Used to replace a male socket on a piece of brewing equipment. Easy to wire and a good replacement for the original and fits well with the existing female socket and provides a stable connection. The connection is as far as I know water resistant time will tell how corrosion proof it is.

I used this in conjunction with the Elecbee M8 3 pin female connector to splice part of my motorcyle wiring loom. The loom joint needed to be dismantable but also totally waterproof as it sits in quite an open to the elements position.The spliced loom was for the stator CDI pick up and this Elecbee connector was perfect for the smaller gauge wires on my bike.5 stars for quality and price.
