Works amazing!! I immediately was drawn to how it is a wrap around belt instead of gel stickies that wouldn’t stay after a couple uses. This stayed on perfectly! After trying this, the intensity was exactly what I was looking for. Much more intense while also being able to lower if you need a break. Overall so worth the money!

The bands for the arm are a little bit short for using on your legs. But once you add an extension piece they work well on your calf's and thighs.The band for your stomach is a good size.The simulator on your stomach definitely gets you to flex your abdominal muscles well. You need to use higher settings to actually get your muscles to be sore the next day.I had issue with the piece that connects to the belt, but the customer service was great, and I got a replacement promptly. The new one connects to the belt perfectly.Good quality item.

Belly belt works well with plenty of sizing. Arm belts are barely able to fit around an ordinary man's upper arm. Should have been made slightly longer. One on they also work well. Four stars for that reason only.
