My glasses arrived swiftly but unfortunately one of the four had some scratches on it. I contacted the seller to ask for an exchange and had a very friendly reply in less than 24 hours. No problem! New glassware sent in perfect condition. Would use this seller everytime! The glasses are exactly what was advertised too and perfect quality and size for my at home Espresso Martinis with friends.

I would not even rate this 1. This product should be completely removed from amazon.Size and height don’t match with the product description. Quality below average. Looks like an ice cream cup instead of a drinking glass.
