Original equipment fits and performs exactly as it should. I saved money by purchasing generic filters which fit, but were not recognized by the water stations. You get what you pay for !

The original 51300C filter is much taller than the replacement, although the part number and the specs are identical. Removal and replacement was a breeze.

The filters are now shorter than the original ones we purchased in the past. The new filters are 10 1/4. They still fit… I called the manufacturer, and they confirmed that there was a running change in the filter size. Put the new filter in, and it works with no problem. The smaller filter works .

After searching the manufacturer's website and other 3rd party vendors, this was the best pricing option for the exact same thing. The important thing is to verify your model prior to ordering. Once it arrives, be sure to check the filters have a RFID tag on them if your unit requires them or they won't be recognized by the "enhanced" filling stations.
