Ottima rostiera e perfettamente adatta a piastra ad induzione nella quale, penso, dia il massimo. Inaderente, nel vero senso della parola, in quanto non si attacca proprio nulla, è ottima nella diffusione del calore. Molto robusta e con bel coperchio. Può sembrare un po' grande ma la sua capienza permette di cucinare un pollo intero (anche grande) o parecchi pesci. Va benissimo anche nell'utilizzo in forno. Elegante nella sua forma potrebbe essere benissimo utilizzata anche come piatto di portata. Da consigliare.

Amazing pot. Really deep and exactly what I was looking for. The non stick properties are the best of any dish I've had, it cleans so easily no matter what had been cooked in it. And it works perfectly on my induction hob. I love it so much, I'm buying another!

Elegant plat a four et de presentation pouvant passer à table.Sa dimension est parfaite pour une grosse volaille ou un plat mijoté pour 10 personnes .Il s'adapte impeccablement à mon double foyer à induction , la cuisson est parfaite et il n'attache pas .Le diffuseur de liquide dans le bouchon du couvercle est très utileMon seul regret est que le couvercle soit en verre ,je n'oserai pas le mettre au four même s'il ,est prescrit jusqu'à 180°

 

I have used this pan on cooktop as well as baking the chicken photo as attached with marinade & spices, skin still on meat , not dried out, cooked to perfection very tender & moist too less time to cook as well. Marinade & spices has not stuck to the pan. as it says, can wipe & stow away if required.Worth every dollar spent. will buy a couple more. nice deep dish for larger family feast cooking. Puts Scan Pan & other very expensive non stick brands to shame .
