Dit is een set snijgereedschap voor frezen met enkele groef die wordt gebruikt in industriële freestoepassingen. Het onderscheidt zich van de boor door zijn toepassing, geometrie en fabricage. Vingerfrezen met enkele spaangroef worden gebruikt voor superieure spaanafvoer bij frezen met hoge snelheid. Deze vingerfrezen zijn gemaakt van wolfraamcarbide dat veel meer warmte verdraagt en een goede hardheid behoudt.
Kenmerken:
Deze set vingerfrezen is gemaakt van hoogwaardig wolfraamcarbide voor een goede hardheid en de snijkant is vrij scherp. Een snijkant van 2 mm en een standaard schachtdiameter van 3,175 mm passen op veel freesmachines of CNC-snijmachines. Een vingerfrees met een enkele spaangroef en een scherpe snijkant biedt een glad snijoppervlak en spaanafvoer. Er zijn in totaal 10 stuks vingerfrezen in deze set die een geweldige vervanging zouden zijn.Meestal worden deze vingerfrezen gebruikt voor het snijden van acryl, PVC, MDF, densiteitplaat, hout en vele andere zachte materialen.

I bought these as replacements to use when I eventually broke the last of my 2mm endmills from another vendor.Eventually the inevitable happened and I tried to use these. The endmills skip and skate around when trying to mill. They have the same physical dimensions and I am using the same feeds and speeds as the previous mills, but these simply do not cut the same way.The issue seems to be the profile of the tip of the mills (see images), which have high spots that contact the material along with the cutting end of the flute. This means the first point of contact isn't always the cutting edge and this causes the mill to skip and buck around, rather than cleanly cutting and clearing the material.Very disappointed with the product, as I liked the fact it was a set of 10x 2mm 1 flute endmills which I use a lot.

These are the worst endmills I've ever used. They gum up within seconds of contacting the workpiece. They might be fine for polystyrene foam or MAYBE really soft timbers, but definitely not fit-for-purpose.
