Je warme drank blijft een paar uurtjes heet tot warm..Ik gebruik het meer om energie te besparen in de winter, voor als ik even wat warm water nodig heb. Dan hoeft de hete kraan niet open tot er warm water uit komt..

Geloof de advertentie niet die het water 12 uur lang niet warm houdt.Na twee uur is er geen warm water.

It doesn't leak, even if you take it al the way apart to clean. Also easy to clear because you can twist the bottom of and take it apart in several parts. I have owned it now for more than 5 years and it is still as good as new.

Il tappo non è pratico e igienico ...con bottone e all' interno si accumula latte che non si riesce a pulire. Inoltre quando si lava si riempie di acqua che resta e non esce più

I’ve had the product for less than a month and my 2 yr old accidentally dropped the lid and smashed it.I contacted Emsa and was told they cannot help me and wished me a pleasant day which rubbed salt in the wound as you could imagine!I’ll not be recommending or using this company again!I’ve now got a vacuum jug which I can’t use and they don’t provide spare parts which I’m happy to purchase!Over in the UK, parts must me be made available for a certain time period but obviously Emsa have a different mindset! How hard would it be for them to say, yeah you can purchase one at this price and I’d be happy!For a company with a turnover of €46 million in 2007 this is extremely poor customer service and support!Absolute pathetic response and also they used a template reply email which shows they just want to take your money and offer non-existant customer service!Buy at your on peril!
