This is the third Allen/Enesco clock I have bought, Bluebird for myself, aeroplane and owl for my grandchildren. We all love them!

This clock is a beautiful piece and I love it - it's well-made. My only criticism is that it's hard to see what time it is; however, it didn't buy it for function, I bought it because I love it.

I LOVE this clock and I cannot say enough about Allen Designs. The second hand was not working which looked as though it was due to shipping even though it was packaged well. I informed the seller who told me to just let Allen Designs know. I found their email address online and a girl responded within hours. She immediately mailed me a new second hand and also the mechanism just in case it was damaged . It arrived and I replaced the second hand and it worked like a charm ! I highly recommend their clocks and any other items from them because their customer service is just beyond exceptional ! The clocks are well made and even more awesome than the pictures. Extremely happy about this purchase. You will not be disappointed !
