I read this tea is very good for you in many ways including anti inflammatory and good for bones as well as other health benefits so I googled it and this came up one of the best ones, it didn't disappoint, absolutely delicious, warming and relaxing drink, felt like doing Good, will be drinking at least 2 or 3 cups of it a day
