Sound quality is superb, best in the industry. However it has connection issues. Ordered it twice but had same issues which I dont have with other headsets.

Had to return it as it was Not the ANC version although mentioned in the description

I can watch TV and work from home, customers can't hear the TV.

So far so good very good noise canceling headsets!! Struggled a little to connect but overall good product. My baby screams and has the tv loud and they don’t hear anything.

I bought these to replace a pair of Jabra 75s where the mic had stopped working after 4 year's use. So, thought I better get a set by a different manufacturer, and I'd read good things about these.First - and key - issue. They recharge wirelessly by hanging on the stand, a good idea. However, despite some padding at the sides of the recharge area at the top of the headband, the hard plastic at the top of the headband *does* rest on the top of your head, and it's uncomfortable. I could wear the Jabras all day without an issue. These are uncomfortable after minutes.Then - the sound quality. It's really poor. Fine for voice, but if you want to listen to music or game on these, it's not great at all. I mean, it's just weak, no bass, feels all 1Khz and little else.Finally - range. With the Jabras I could be on a conference call in a different room to my PC, all was well. First time I tried to do a call and walked more than 3 metres away from the PC - "you're crackly".I really, really regret buying these. I hate giving bad reviews, but...I'd rather do that and no-one else be as disappointed as I am.

The best headphones I have ever used.I work from home and I hace birds that chirps most part of the day and I also have kids at home.The noise cancelling is perfect, no other sound than my voice is heard during my calls. You can control withe EPOS app the noise level you want to hear thru the headphones as well which is great for distractions.. Very comfortable to wear, the charging stand makes it so easy to keep it charged.
