S2 Mini V1.0.0 is een op de ESP32-S2 chip gebaseerde ontwikkelboard met 4 MB flash-geheugen.

De ESP32-S2 is een zeer geïntegreerde microcontroller met enkele chip voor IoT- en embedde toepassingen.

Het ondersteunt wifi-connectiviteit en energiezuinige werking en beschikt over een groot aantal randapparatuur en functies zoals GPIO, SPI, I2C en UART.

Het 4 MB flashgeheugen van de ESP32-S2 kan worden gebruikt voor het opslaan van programmacode, gegevens, bestandssystemen en meer.

Dit ontwikkelingsbord kan worden gebruikt voor snelle prototyping en productontwerp.

Het duurde even voordat ik het aan de praat kreeg. Ik gebruik de LOLIN S2 Mini board definitie alleen moet je er daarbij wel om denken dat je bij tools moet kiezen voor USB CDC on Boot moet kiezen voor enable. Anders krijg je de serial monitor niet aan de praat.

J'ai acheté trois ESP32 S2 sur Amazon, et aucun des trois n'a été reconnu sur le port USB, malgré plusieurs essais sur différents ordinateurs et configurations. Il semblerait que ces produits soient défectueux ou mal fabriqués. Je regrette de ne pas avoir lu les derniers avis avant de commander. Heureusement, le processus de retour d'Amazon a été rapide, et j'ai été remboursé en quelques heures. Cependant, je déconseille fortement ce produit. À fuir !

Here is a review of ESP32 S2 Mini V1.0.0 from Wemos.No user manual or documentation. Searching on the internet yielded results.Chose the board "LOLIN S2 MINI" on Arduino IDE as per the instructions on wemos website for s2 series. Then uploaded WiFIScanAsync.ino example under File->Examples->Examples for LOLIN S2 MINI->WiFi.The device was scanning all WiFi that it can see and was printing the list to the serial monitor of the Arduino IDE.Looks lie there is one LED on the board but it was always off. Maybe it has to be controlled separately. Or maybe I mistook some other component to be LED.

These boards have lots of IO ports - useful for projects that require such.Up to now, I have only tested these boards with the simple "blink" test (just in case they were cheap duds) but all three programmed OK with the Arduino IDE, and are blinking away fine; the 5 stars are based on that.

off the three boards I have, I have managed to get 1 board to connect to the IDE. it managed half of the upload, threw an error and now will not connect again.The boards look great and well made but just will not work.Do NOT waste money on these
