I really liked this product however, my ring got loose after a few months of using it. I'm a little bit dissapointed because the reason i bought it is for watching videos

This is my first ESR product and i use it with my pro max 14 . This a very high quality product . It justifies the price . Its very useful in flights where u would like to watch some already saved movies or go thru your utube downloads .Its very sturdy and the magnet strength is efficiently strong . I use it very every day and m very satisfied .Cons: Like every magsafe ring , you cant magsafe charge your mobile with this on the phone . You will have to remove it while you want to wirelessly charge ur iphone . it works well with all magsafe iphone covers . But in non magsafe covers you will have to use a magnetic ring on the cover to for strong hold . ESR also makes the magnet ring ...Overall its fantastic product if you know what you are buying

Incredibly strong magnetic hold and after using it as a support while I'm holding my phone it still looks, feels and works almost as new! I've tried many, many phone rings and they've always gone bad really quickly, but this is proper good material.

I have a Magsafe case for Pixel 9 Pro XL from Dbrand that I use with the ESR Magnetic Ring. The hinge broke as I tried to unfold the ring, even without excessive force. I contacted ESR customer support and they shipped a replacement the next day for free since they mentioned I may have received a quality control outlier.The replacement works great. I love the design, and everything feels premium. For an expensive phone, its important the accessories look and feel premium to use. Functionally, the magnetic force is strong enough to hold the phone to the ESR ring firmly perpendicular to the surface. However, due to purely how physics works, the ring is easy to rotate on the surface or knock it off the phone if a force is applied sideways. For people new to MagSafe, this might be an important consideration. The ring came off the phone a few times as I tried to pull it off from my pocket because of this. This is not a product deficiency. It is just how magnetism works and will apply to all MagSafe accessories.When fully folded, the stand works great for viewing your phone screen at an angle. And this angle is adjustable. However, it is wobbly when you try to type on the phone while its on the stand.I would recommend the product, though. It looks good, feels good, is reasonably priced, has great customer support, and functions well.
