As you would expect with Estwing (I already have one of their claw hammers) it's beautifully made, with the leather washer handle, and the hammer and blade combination is well balanced. Very pleased overall.

Well made, really nice tool

Been buying Estwing tools for over 40 years. Simply the best you can buy. Sure they cost more but worth it. We tend to care more when we pay more. Keep lightly oiled and you have a tool you can count on for life.

I was disappointed with the fact that it was so blunt that you had more chance of cutting yourself on the cardboard the blade was wrapped in. After I sharpened it I was pleased with it.
