Product is made of solid plastic instead of rubber so it won't ever create a decent seal. And the plastics parts are to long so it doesn't even fit flush with the ethernet port.

Due to space limitations I have my networking gear mounted in a vertical rack, rather that a normal server rack due to not having space in the house for a rack...The only problem is that anything dusty will fall in the ports!These plugs are ideal... easy to put in and take out and will keep all the dust and debris out.Simple concept but executed well... nothing else much to say... good value for price and manages to close off all the open ports throughout the house for all the switches I have in use.
