Like:Image quality and local storage (with the homebase).Dislike:Limited compatibility with Homey. The doorbell works with Homey but only due to effort of the Homey user community. Quote by Eufy support: "Please kindly notice that I have already confirmed with our engineer that we do not recommend using it on homey smart home"!Also the compatibility with Google Assistance I consider at limited. You are able to use some voice commands.My experience is based on a few weeks of use and may change over time.

Bel heeft soms wat vertraging. Wel super goed en duidelijk beeld. Ook het terugtreden is kraakhelder.

Pros:Dual camera which also covers the porch. Default storage space can hold upto 3months footage. No hidden/extra costs.Cons:1. When someone rings the doorbell it takes atleast 10-20seconds to ring.2. When someone rings the doorbell it takes (sometimes) more than 20mins to notify on mobile.3. Due to sync issues it's impossible to communicate to someone at the doorbell.4. Eventhough claimed to be HD camera quality is not great. Just closed to good.5. Battery on doorbell was claimed to last for 6 months, eventhouh I used the doorbell for 4weeks. Battery came down to 73% from ~90%.6. Expensive.I tried to get attention about the issues I was facing from the support. They kept asking same questions again and again. I shared the invoice, serials numbers, model details. They just kept asking same details again and again. I kept mentioning that I didn't even use it for a whole month but the battery came down to 38% from initial 90%. They kept asking me if my product is under warranty. Support is unreliable.

Super blij mee naar veel verschillende videodeurbellen gebruikt te hebben ben ik met deze super blij dat deze het goed doet zonder abbonement...

Deze heb ik direkt bij introductie gekocht. Ik kan in een woord zeggen. Het is zijn geld waard.Ik bezit reeds eufy Security Video 2K HD met Homebase. Beeldkwaliteit is iets beter dan 2K HD.Dual camera hangt precies op dezelfde plek als 2K HD. De Homebase 2 is identiek aan de vorige.Ik heb deze bedraad aangesloten. Een nadeel de software dient te worden verbeterd. Hij reageert langzamer als de 2K HD versie. Dit dient wel door ANKER Direct De opgelost te worden. Ik ga Dual wel houden alleen al voor beeldkwaliteit. Software zal wel worden verbeterd denk ik. Indien je iets moois zonder maandelijkse abonnementskosten dan zou ik deze zeker aanschaffen. Bedraaad met 16GB opslag in de Homebase 2. Mooie Eufy Security app. Aanrader. Ik heb deze zelf gekocht en ben niet door iemand gesponsort!

Installation of the doorbell was easy due to the fact it was a replacement. However the software is terrible. The fact that al videos of the doorbell are shown and you can’t distinguish between motionand doorbell videos make it practically unusable. Besides that it has features in the software so far hidden that it took me a few daus before the bell was acting in the way I wanted it to work. That said the hardware is good but there’s work to do for the software department.

Ich war schon lange auf der Suche unsere alte Klingel zu ersetzen durch ein Modell mit Kameraanzeige.Unsere spezielle Anforderungen war, dass wir unabhängig von der alten Verkabelung sind, da diese nur auf einem Stockwerk eine Sprechstelle hatte. Und mit Home-Office usw. war der Wunsch die Anzeige einfach auf dem Handy oder Echo Show zu haben.Mit diesem Profil haben wir in der eufy dual ein großartiges Gerät gefunden. Wie fällt mein Feedback nach gut zwei Wochen aus. Was ist gut / was ist verbesserungswürdig:+ Qualitativ hochwertiges Gerät+ Einfache und intuitive Installation+ Möglichkeit Nutzung alte Verkabelung zum Laden+ Super Bildqualität, App und Einstellmöglichkeiten+ Großartige Idee der Paketkamera nach unteno Verbindungssetup zu Homebase und dann ins Internet nicht ganz ideal. Warum nicht direkt die Klingel ins WLAN.- Keine Steuerung eines Türöffner (aber vor Kauf bekannt)- Abdeckung an Wand etwas klein, daher Zubehör notwendig zB bei Unterputzdose- Bildanzeige auf Echo noch etwas langsamAlles in allem ein tolles Produkt und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen.

Il costo è un po elevato ma soldi ben spesi! Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, ottimo prodotto, qualità e affidabilità! Molto comoda la modalità di archiviazione dei dati che non necessita il pagamento di nessun servizio cloud e la batteria dura tantissimo. Prodotto Consigliatissimo, uno dei migliori sul mercato!

En Août 2023 j'ai installé la eufy Security Video Doorbell S330 et je suis ravi de ses performances. Cette sonnette sans fil avec double caméra est un véritable atout pour ma sécurité domestique. Voici pourquoi je l'adore :Double caméra et qualité 2K HD :La qualité d'image est impressionnante avec sa résolution 2K HD. La double caméra permet une vue large et claire, ce qui est idéal pour surveiller qui se trouve devant ma porte. Je peux facilement distinguer les visages et les objets, ce qui me rassure.Détection des mouvements :La détection des mouvements est extrêmement précise, grâce à son double système de détection des mouvements et de colis. Je reçois des alertes instantanées sur mon téléphone lorsque quelqu'un s'approche de ma porte ou laisse un colis, ce qui est très pratique. De plus, je reçois également des notifications sur mon Amazon Echo Show 5 (3e génération) lorsque quelqu'un bouge devant ma porte, ce qui est un grand plus.Stockage local sans frais mensuels :Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de frais mensuels est un énorme avantage. La sonnette est livrée avec 16 Go de stockage local, ce qui suffit largement pour enregistrer des vidéos sans avoir à payer d'abonnement. C'est économique et pratique.Intégration avec l’Echo Show 5 :L'intégration avec mon Amazon Echo Show 5 (3e génération) est fantastique. Cela me permet de voir qui est devant ma porte, même dans des endroits où je ne pourrais pas entendre une sonnette normale. C'est une fonctionnalité indispensable pour moi.Facilité d'installation :L'installation a été simple et rapide, sans avoir besoin d'un professionnel. J'ai pu tout faire moi-même grâce à des instructions claires.En résumé :La eufy Security Video Doorbell S330 est un excellent choix pour ceux qui cherchent à renforcer la sécurité de leur maison. Very happy so far. I replaced a traditional push button bell with the S330 and have it hardwired. Being hardwired means there’s constant power and the old mechanical chime works perfectly.Video quality is good. A push of the doorbell button results in an almost immediate response from Amazon Echo and the Eufy Homebase chime, there is zero delay for the mechanical chime. Packages left on the doorstep are highlighted and alerts are sent to your phone, if anyone approaches a package another alert is sent and video is recorded… you can optionally set the doorbell up to play a recorded message to anyone that approaches a package but I haven’t tried that. Lag for sending prerecorded messages is more noticeable but nowhere near as bad as some people have reported. Only real negative is the relatively large size compared to a Ring Doorbell.
