Degelijk en zeer goede camera

I had an Arlo Essential wireless video doorbell, which I was quite happy with but drew the line at another price hike. £5.49 a month subscription for the ability to use the doorbells features and get recordings off the cloud (which I’ve never done)? No thanks. I cancelled and after a lot of research ended up buying the Eufy C31 doorbell as a subscription-free alternative. I bought a Minibase Chime, a spare battery and an SD card at the same time. This review is just for the doorbell, the Chime will be reviewed separately.The doorbell arrived quickly, and in good condition. I thought the packaging was particularly average - unboxing was an experience easily forgotten and unlikely to be a YouTube sensation.The doorbell mount was easy to install - just a couple of screws in the wall. FYI for those like me replacing an Arlo doorbell - they are different sizes and the fixing plate screw locations do not match, so I had to drill an extra hole into the wall. I thought the Eufy mounting plate and the angled wedge are a bit flimsy, made out of very lightweight plastic - not sure they would withstand an attempt to rip them off a wall tbh.I charged up the battery fully the night before installation so that was ready to go - it takes a long time to charge so I recommend you do the same. I also recommend installing the Eufy app and creating an account in advance too - you will need it ready when you set up the camera. When the app is installed, make sure the app settings allow Local Network, Microphone, Camera and Mobile Data. The camera uses 2.4ghz wifi, so you’ll need to make sure that’s available for it to connect to. The doorbell setup worked first time for me, which was great. Some points of note:The manual and instructions for set up are atrocious, as are the support pages and chat bot on the Eufy website. Shockingly bad. I think this is why there are so many bad reviews, it would be easy to miss how to find/set up certain features that might frustrate people. They really do need to sort that out.You *will* need a Micro SD card for recordings, so factor that into your costs if you even’t already got one. I recommend having it to hand when you set up the camera.If you want to use the doorbell on its own, with no Minibase Chime or Homebase, put the SD card into the doorbell. If not, wait until you set up your Minibase Chime or Homebase - pair them and then select the Chime as the location for your recordings. If you don’t do this, the doorbell comes up with a persistent warning to add an SD card even if a card has been inserted into the Chime/Homebase. You need to tell the doorbell that you are using a Chime as a Homebase or it won’t see the SD card in the Chime.You can set both Activity Zones and Privacy Zones, which black out an area of your choosing to protect your neighbour’s privacy if neededI LOVE that you can disable phone call notifications when people ring the doorbell - you can’t do that with Arlo and it drove me nuts.The image quality is excellent, day and night. I choose not to use Night Vision as the front of my house is under a streetlight, so it’s light enough for decent image quality without it. Night Vision is back and white, but if it’s disabled you keep your colour images.Geofencing is not a feature with this doorbell (I’m not sure if it might be if you use a Homebase 3???) I did use it all the time when I had the Arlo, but not having now it isn’t the end of the world, it turns out. It might be a dealbreaker for some though.When tweaking the settings at home, the app sometimes told me it couldn’t connect to the doorbell but when I came out of that screen and went back in, it had actually changed the settingBattery life is good so far - 10 days in and it’s on 87%You can only bulk delete all the recorded events per day, not week or month. A 128gb card will hold loads of recorded events, chances of running out of storage is low, but you can just reformat the card when it gets full and start againThere can be a *short* delay between an event and a notification (not always, sometimes it’s instantaneous), but nowhere near as bad as others are reporting. I think this happens with all video doorbells though, as their reviews will show. I think this doorbell is faster to respond than my Arlo was.Take your time setting up the Activity Zones until they work for you - it’s very trial and error but worth the effort. You can control the sensitivity of motion detection too.All in all, no regrets, I am very happy with my new doorbell, and I hope this review has helped in your decision making.

Como todos los productos de esta marca. El timbre es excelente. Funciona las 24h conectado a la electricidad. La calidad de la imagen es muy buena y la apariencia del mismo también. He tenido que comprar un transformador para conectarlo (hay que sumarle este costo ~35€) lo único que no me gusta mucho es que la batería es un específica, hubiera preferido que utilizara baterías 18640 o similar. Eufy è sempre una garanzia questa è la decima telecamera o sensore che acquisto e non sono mai rimasto deluso dalle prestazioni ,dal funzionamento e dalle caratteristiche .l’oggetto in questione funziona molto bene ha una visione sia diurna che notturna molto nitida,ha la possibilità di rispondere in modo automatico con frasi preregistrate o registrandone una personalizzata.alla pressione del tasto si sente chiaramente il suono del campanello sulla home base ,mentre sul mio telefono appare la richiesta di una videochiamata,ed alexa che si è connessa in automatico (una volta attivata la skill eufy)avvisa di una notifica sul campanello .io lo ho installato senza cablaggio ad una distanza di circa 30 mt dalla home base.

Très satisfait du produit ! Réglage de la sensibilité, qualité du retour vidéo très bonne, le retour son très bon.Si vous avez déjà une sonnette je vous conseille de câbler les 2 fils dessus en plus de la batterie.Sonnerie modifiable, volume aussi. Quand la personne appuie sur le bouton le téléphone reçois l'appel, à nous de décrocher ou non. En cas de non décrochage on peux paramétrer un message vocal automatique qui sort de la sonnette.Gros + on peux ajouter une zone noir à l'écran ( zone de confidentialité) pour éviter d'avoir une notification à chaque voiture qui passe et aussi parce qui est interdit de filmer les piétons s'il sont pas sur votre terrain. Dans ce cas vous pourrez désactiver la détection afin d'avoir une notification uniquement lorsque quelqu'un appuiera sur le bouton.Conclusion, cette sonnette est parfaite pour ceux qui ont un portail reculé de leur clôture de la taille d'une voiture car cette partie est intégré au terrain et la détection est intéressante ici car vous êtes chez vous malgré que la zone soit devant votre portail.Ainsi vous seriez au courant de toute personne approchant de votre portail.
