I keep six LED lanterns stationed throughout the house in case the power goes out. I've tried various lanterns in the past but now prefer these round, relatively compact and light lanterns offered by numerous distributors. While they all look similar, they differ in the number and arrangement of their LEDs. The Euloca and AYL have the most and brightest LED arrays of the lanterns I've purchased.For convenience and to reduce weight, I use rechargeable AA batteries rather than D cells. The light intensity is the same although duration is less. But I just need the light to last from dusk until I go to bed. During outages I usually remove the globe and hang the lantern from the bottom as high as I can get it. That provides enough light for a small room so I can at least read or do other activities.Every home should have at least a pair of these lanterns. If you're still using candles or an old incandescent flashlight when the power goes out you're basically sitting in the dark.

J'ai commandé par deux fois ces lanternes et j'ai été agréablement surpris par la puissance d'éclairage qu'elles dégagent (1200 LUMENS ).Vous disposez de deux mode d'éclairage, chaud en mode tamisé, ou froid avec un éclairage plus blanc et neutre. Il y a également un mode clignotant, le tout piloté par un seul et même bouton.Vous pouvez également régler la puissance de l'éclairage en maintenant enfoncé le bouton poussoir. Mais il faut insister un peu au début pour bien voir la différence.J'ai cru lire dans certains commentaires, une certaine difficulté à visser le cul de la lanterne une fois la pause des piles terminée. Cela dépendra surtout de votre niveau de patience mais je n'ai pas ressenti de difficulté particulière. Prenez simplement votre temps :)On a donc, un produit fonctionnel, absolument pas cher (une vingtaine d'euro en fonction des promos), compact, qui peut facilement s'insérer dans un sac et qui délivre une bonne source d'éclairage et pendant longtemps.
