Bought one of these for the 10" tom to test and the result is:This is very easy to tune and gives a really nice fat sound, which is really what its says it will do on the box and what most of the professional reviewers conclude as well.So if that's the sound you want then you won't be disappointed!Oh and apparently they last a long time - Always goodWould I buy again - Yes.

If you are like me, you spent countless minutes looking up reviews trying to find the perfect heads for your set. I have a custom OCDP set and it sounds great. People say that these heads are dead and sound like cardboard boxes. These people obviously don't have good drums, or they don't know how to tune. These have great resonance and decay. The attack can be a plasticky, but I like.

I love those heads. I play in a small room in my house, and the sustain and ring of my toms was really annoying. After dampening my toms with many of the tricks I found online, I discovered those heads : Not expensive, nice looking, resistant AND they give me the punch I want without the long sustain.

Love how easy this drum head is to tune!Pros:-Very durable-Vintage 70's sound-Looks really nice with any kit-Sound great as concert concert toms-Makes an inexpensive set sound much betterCons:The smaller sizes can be a bit priceyOverall:If you're looking for a durable drum head that looks and sounds fat, then these are for you!
