Good quality ball. Not sure why the ball is in the middle of the straps though. To get the height I doubled the top band and then replaced it with another shorter band I bought from Bunnings. The connection hooks probably should be closed for safety in case they slip off, so I bent them closed myself.

I was worried about the durability as some reviews stated it broke quickly. I'm not sure what those people were doing to it though, because the bag is holding up well for its intended purposes (at least for me).It's not meant to replace a heavy bag; it's made to practice reflexes, stance, accuracy, etc. It's also a good product if you don't have the space/money for a heavy bag, but still want to practice boxing skills.I hooked the top to a beam in my garage, and then hooked the bottom to a couple of weights for stability. Nothing fancy, easy to set up and use, just made sure you have a way to inflate it!
