The pillow itself is fairly comfy and the pillow itself feels solid and durable, however the velcro band itself is far from acceptable. The strap has sharp edges that cut through your skin.As such during my first day of usage of the pillow I woke up with a bunch of random cuts on my leg. It took me a few days to link the connection of the random cuts to the pillow but the cuts line up perfectly with the sharp edges from the strap. Its like I've been sleeping with a feral cat.I need the strap to ensure the pillow stays between my legs during sleep. As such I can not recommend this pillow, its frankly hazardous to your skin.

購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想ですオススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)

I was not sure how I'd go with this knee pillow but it's been very helpful. Occasionally like last night I sleep without it and the difference the next day is very obvious. I can feel the familiar rotation in my left hip has returned which causes some discomfort. It takes some getting used to but the benefits are there.
