Dit notitieblok vindt zijn oorsprong in de fabriek in Exacompta, gelegen in het hart van Parijs in Quai de Jemmapes. Oorspronkelijk een energiecentrale ontworpen in 1895 door Paul Friesé, produceert het gebouw dit essentiële kantoorbriefpapier al bijna 70 jaar
EEN RETRO ONTWERP VOOR EEN PRODUCT
Vanaf het begin zet de FAF-pad de toon: geen plastic, geen dun ontwerp. Volledig gemaakt van aluminium en messing, de stijl is een eerbetoon aan de vintage en industriële ontwerpen van de jaren 1920
HET ONTWERP & FORMULIER
In een tijd van 'all replaceable' en geplande veroudering staat het product voor zijn nuttige en verantwoorde ontwerp: de FAF-pad is navulbaar. Schroef gewoon de koperen moeren los om de staaf te verwijderen en refi ll om het een tweede, derde, vierde leven te geven, herhaald tot in het oneindig.

I expected way more in the way of quality for what these cost. The one I received although new has some dents and scratches front and back on the aluminum plate as well as the brass thumb screws and what looks like the machine used to bend the frame the pad sits on also caused damage as there are scratches into the surface at the bend points. (See Pics)Note: you can see it is new, as I left it as is before taking pics ...On top of that, each screw end that you see should be finely machined smooth and on my copy its got dents into each as well as scratches on the machined thumb nuts. This is not the type of quality I expect at this price point, I expect perfection. So if they do not step up the QC on these I wouldn't and cant recommend this.Its a shame as overall it is a nice looking pad but because this is mainly aesthetics and a classy look your buying, they really have to make sure these are near perfect before ever sending them out to end consumer.Because Amazon changed the ability to send this back without extra cost to me it is too much of a hassle or I would have sent it back for a replacement as this is really not acceptable for an item like this that's whole purpose is to have an elegant pad to write on as well as looking great on your desk.
