If you want the elastic to be on the back instead of the front, just turn the folder upside down! I love these folders because they're sturdy (made of strong card), they don't take up much space if they only have a few sheets in them, and the 3-flap structure with elastic straps means pages don't slip out of them. The package says this is Exacompta product number 55515E; the name "Europa" is not on the package.
