It helps me stay hydrated while I exercise outdoor outdoors.And now it’s hot, and I’m still walking miles every day. This size is awesome for almost anything, but I need more water, buying a Yeti. I have arthritis in my hand and thumb. I need a sip of water through the night. I love this as it's not to heavy ( I have the smallest one) and when you take the top off it's just one turn, which is brilliant. I would recommend.

12 oz bottle is a perfect size. It’s easy to use. Just unscrew the top and drink. Very easy to clean and the holder is great in that I don’t like carrying around a hugh bottle. It also looks great and kept my ice tea cold!!
