I love it! So I have a 3 year old, and I was looking for another diaper bag that wasn’t so bulky and large. I just needed something in the medium size range so I could fit wipes, diapers, extra clothes, snacks, first aid, water bottles, and anything else I might need to bring along for myself. This works perfectly! I like that I can use it as Both a backpack as well as a crossbody bag. And there’s handles for those times you just need to grab and go. The zippers don’t get stuck, easy for my 3 year old to open too. It comes with one strap that you can use for across your chest or you can loop it and make it backpack straps. The strap isn’t too uncomfortable, I have worn it both ways and found it did not infringe on my movement, and didn’t leave any marks. It looks high class and very modern. I took a picture of it next to my Petunia Pickle bottom Winnie the Pooh bag (small holds about 5 liters). It definitely does a better job than the petunia bag..

Good value & not too big. Only quibble is when warm as a back pack it's hard to get it on/off as not much length & they keep moving.
